Hume Hydrogen Highway Initiative
Welcome to the Hume Hydrogen Highway Initiative (the initiative) application portal. The initiative is co-funded and co-delivered by the Victorian and New South Wales Governments (the Governments) to support the deployment of a hydrogen refuelling network along the Hume Highway. This is the ONLY application portal for the initiative.

Please make sure you have read the Application Guidelines before completing an application.

To complete your application, you will need to download the following templates from the initiative website:
Funding Agreement template
project funding sources, in-kind contributions and key milestones template
knowledge sharing plan (KSP) template
risk register template.

When completing the online form, please refer to the Application Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to assist.

You will be able to save and edit your form before you submit it prior to the deadline on 28 October 2022 at 2:00PM AEDT.

User Registration
It is a requirement that you are a Grants Online registered user in order to ‘Save as Draft’ or ‘Submit’ an application form. Upon clicking 'Next Page', if you are already a Grants Online registered user you will be prompted to enter your username and password. If you are not a Grants Online registered user, you will be asked to create a username and password.

Notice of data sharing between Governments
All data collected through this form (including attachments) will be shared with the New South Wales Government for assessment and communication purposes, subject to the confidentiality arrangements outlined in the Application Guidelines.

Privacy Collection Notice - Victorian Government
The personal information on this form is collected by the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP) for the purposes of administering your grant application and informing Members of Parliament of successful applications. The personal information in this form will be disclosed to relevant DELWP staff and may also be disclosed to Members of Parliament and their staff. Where you do not provide the information required by this form we may be unable to process your application. Personal information may also be disclosed to external experts, such as members of assessment panels, or other Government Departments for assessment, reporting, advice, comment or for discussions regarding alternative or collaborative grant funding opportunities.
